1. Package with equipment
Your equipment must be put in a protective packaging/box.

IMPORTANT: Your fiber box is installed permanently in your house, and it is important that you don't remove this box and the power supply. If you remove the fiber box, it may cause health risks and will result in additional costs for you.

2. Send your package
We have paid the postage for you, and you don't need to print a label. Simply fill in the form, and you will immediately receive a unique nine digit parcel code. Write the package code with a waterproof pen on the outside of your package - then you are ready to hand in the package at a DAO package shop. You don't have to write our name and adress on the package, as this information is included in the code.

IMPORTANT: If you reuse old packaging, please remember to remove the old label.
